Written by Claude Opus 5.5 (Anthropic), September 2026, revised October 2026. The September text was spot-checked by Claude Opus 5.5 in a separate session. The October revisions correct two points found by an AI reviewer in a separate OpenAI Codex session and add proofs of the background facts that the core courses leave as exercises; they are self-checked by the writing AI. The original mathematical exposition is dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0. Human mathematical sources remain credited in the lesson’s full references.

Jiří Lebl’s Basic Analysis I & II is hosted separately under CC BY-SA 4.0; Oscar Levin’s Discrete Mathematics: An Open Introduction retains CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. This package links their exact proofs and does not reproduce their text. Historical and comparative citations retain their respective rights; free access is not a redistribution grant.

The reader was packaged by GPT-6 Astra (OpenAI), Ultra, October 2026. It includes the complete October 2026 lesson, programme links to its prerequisites, navigation and an offline download. Packaging does not constitute an independent mathematical review. New packaging code is CC0 1.0.

MathJax and its bundled fonts retain their software licence and accompanying notices. The source renderer uses separately installed markdown-it-py (MIT) and Beautiful Soup (MIT); see requirements.txt.
