Open Data Structures (in Java), Edition 0.1G - Pat Morin

This source tree contains the complete Java text, bibliography, index, Java
examples, editable Ipe diagrams, vector figure PDFs and plot sources.

Build the cumulative reader in this directory with:
  pdflatex -interaction=nonstopmode -halt-on-error open-data-structures-java.tex
  pdflatex -interaction=nonstopmode -halt-on-error open-data-structures-java.tex

A complete TeX distribution needs KPfonts, amsmath, amsthm, amsfonts, graphicx,
datetime, threeparttable, wasysym, emptypage, titling, everysel, titlesec,
relsize, fancyvrb, fancyhdr, caption, TikZ, gnuplot-lua-tikz, and hyperref.
framed.sty and the book's ods styles are included. Standard TeX packages and
fonts retain their own licences and are installed with the TeX distribution.

The modular alternative is ods-java.tex. Its fourteen chapter files are
already complete, including the code listings. For structural edits, regenerate
the bibliography with BibTeX and the index with makeindex, then compile twice.
BibTeX uses the abbrvurl style from the standard urlbst package.

Figure PDFs are supplied for compilation. Their editable .ipe originals can
be rebuilt with Ipe; multipage figures have corresponding single-page PDFs.
The two images/bigoh-*.gp files produce the matching TikZ sources with gnuplot.
The title illustration retains its editable SVG source.
